So you want pizza but its a diet no well this goes a little way towards that craving make sure you weigh cheese so your not tempted to use to much but if your not on a diet make it cheessy fantastic
INGREDIENTS
Passata small glass
wine even smaller glass
peppers small bit of each
tomato 1
mushrooms 2
onions 1/4
pepperoni 2 slice
mozzerlla 15g
chedder cheese 10g
Courgette
Scoop out the courgettes
I then cover these with boiling water and microwave for 3 mins to soften and cook
then add all the ingredients except cheese and pepperoni into a pan add small glass of water too then cook till all the ingredients have cooked and reduced
then pile the stuffing into the courgette press down so you get plenty in top with the cheese and pepperoni
then cook at around 200 c for 25 mins tell all nice and melty
and I insist on a parsley garnish
